About
I began my career in architecture and, over time, became increasingly interested in how specialised expertise is shaped, positioned, and brought to market.
Through roles in BIM, consulting, and at Graphisoft, a leading software company in the AEC industry, I noticed a recurring pattern: highly skilled experts in the sector often had valuable knowledge, but struggled to turn it into clear offers, strong positioning, and a business others could easily understand.
This was especially true for independent experts building around consulting and education services in areas like AI, digital workflows, and innovation.
That shifted my focus from designing buildings to helping design the businesses behind specialised expertise.
Today, I help independent AI and digital experts in AEC build clearer consulting and education offers, stronger positioning, and messaging that reflects the real value of their work.
